精製水（生理食塩水）以外の必要な溶液は全てキットに含まれています。
・ヒト脂肪細胞の染色に特化した染色液
脂肪滴の染色に最適な染色濃度、pHに調製しています。
・色素を溶出させて吸光度を測定できる
オイルレッドOで染色した脂肪滴の色素を溶出させることで、吸光度を測定できます。
・毒劇物不使用
・Made in Japan
使用方法
- 培養している脂肪細胞から培養液を取り除き、生理食塩水で洗浄する
- OR固定液を添加して静置する
- OR洗浄液で洗浄する
- OR染色液を添加し、30分程度静置する
※OR染色液は蒸留水で希釈後、付属のシリンジとシリンジフィルターでろ過してから使用してください。
