・ヒト骨芽細胞の染色に特化した染色液
石灰化したヒト骨芽細胞に最適な染色濃度、pHに調製しています。
・色素を溶出させて吸光度を測定できる
アリザリンレッドSで染色した細胞から色素を溶出させることで、吸光度を測定できます。
・毒劇物不使用
・Made in Japan
使用方法
- 培養している骨芽細胞から培養液を取り除き、生理食塩水で洗浄する
- AR固定液を添加して静置する
- AR洗浄液で洗浄する
- AR染色液を添加し、30分程度静置する
